Nice thick quality!

Firstly I do need to mention that this item did take about three weeks to get to me, so if you are buying this for summer, order now! Also I ordered size large but got sent an XL so I'm not sure what happened there. Either way I don't think it made that much of a difference as it still fits.

Once opened the thing that surprised me is how thick and good quality the shorts and tee are. The inner lining with padding fits really nicely and is good quality which I was very pleased about. This set is also very comfortable to wear and supportive.

However, I must say that the shirt could have done with being a bit longer, as I can imagine it might come up when I get in the water with it on.

The tightening cords on the side of the shirt create a nice scrunched effect, however they don't really create the snatched illusion like some other pieces do (maybe it's just because I have a size up).

I'm yet to test this swim set out in the water, which would give me a fuller review, although what I've seen of it so far its pretty good!

Something which I think could be added to the product listing is photos of someone wearing the swimwear. On Elise Rose Instagram page there are people wearing some of the swimwear, however I couldn't see any models styling this swim set, which is what initially made me a bit apprehensive of buying it because I didn't know what it would look like on me. I hope by sharing some photos of me in the swimwear, I can help others to decide if this is a product for them!

I really appreciate that the modesty aspect was thought about when creating this swimwear. When I was looking for swimwear there were moest options, but none were cute. Not only do I feel more confident, but I also don't need to apply as much suncream when I'm more covered up :)

If you are thinking about buying from Elise Rose, I would recommend them. I might even buy a swim dress from them. They do something which is hard to find - modest, affordable, pieces that are still cute!

Strawbella Tankini Two-Piece

Sizes run small, but it still fit great and was extremely flattering. The material on the back is a bit thinner then the front, but it doesnt bother me. The straps are removable which I love!
