Q: How do I check my size/how do I wash your clothing?
A: We have a sizing & care guide in our navigation that can help you with sizing, clothing and accessory care, and other questions you may have.
Q: What are your clothing & accessories made out of?
A: You can check a general list of item materials in our sizing & care guide. These materials are not specific to any particular products, so if you have known allergens to common jewelry and/or clothing materials we would advise against purchasing.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship to the USA, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom.
We have momentarily halted orders to other international countries.
However, if you have already purchased an item in a country that is not in the list above, no worries- we will still process and ship your order!

Q: Why are your sizes so small?
A: As a Korean clothing brand, our clothing follows typical Korean sizing standards. Korean sizing is well-known for generally being smaller and it's advised to size up if you're in between sizes.
We definitely recommend checking the product measurements before purchasing as well, since your typical clothing size may be a little bit smaller in our clothing!
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: We ship from different locations. Our clothing, swimwear and accessories are manufactured in East Asia, which means Korea and China. We ship them out from these areas to the USA.
Q: Where's your store located?
A: We don't currently have a storefront as we're a relatively new business! Right now, we are just an online shop based in the USA, but are hoping to establish a physical location in the future.
Q: Why don't you have reviews?
A: Our store hasn't been around for very long (we opened in late 2023) so we have not amassed many reviews yet! However, our brand is currently quickly growing on social media, so you can expect to see some more soon!
Q: Why did I only receive one/a few items, when I ordered more?
A: We often ship items individually, so you should have received a tracking number for the different items in your order. Usually, once you receive one item, the other one should be arriving in just a few days. If you did not receive a tracking number for all of the items in your shipment, please contact our customer support and we can help you out.
Q: How can I contact your customer support?
A: We respond within 1-2 business days to email inquiries at sungirlswim@gmail.com! If you have a more urgent question or concern, you can use our chat at the bottom right of our website and you will receive a response as soon as a representative is available!
