Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and receive a full refund.
Conditions of returns
Only swimsuits with original tags and hygienic liners still in place will be accepted for a return.
- Must be in the same condition that you received it
- Must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging
- Any shipping costs paid by the customer are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return.
- We are not responsible for lost items during shipping returns.
- Denied returns are shipped back to customers at the customer’s own expense.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer must pay for the return fee and create the return label. The most cost effective way to send a return is through the local USPS using the cheapest shipping option.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@shopeliserose.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@shopeliserose.com.
Damages, issues and refunds outside of the 14-day window
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 30-day partial refund policy for items that are outside of the 14-day full refund but have or acquire damage within this period. If your item has or acquires a defect after the 14-day full refund period, please contact us at support@shopeliserose.com to inquire about a partial refund. Clear images of the defective product must be attached to be eligible for a refund. Elise Rose reserves the right to revoke the offer for items that do not appear damaged.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us through the chat feature with your order number and email address, or reach out to our email with your order number. You have up to 7 days to package and ship the item to our return address. Please let us know:
1. When you shipped the package
2. What carrier is used
3. The tracking number (if applicable)
Once we receive the return, we will inspect it to make sure it hasn't incurred any damages that make it ineligible to receive a refund or exchange. If you are inquiring about a refund, we will let you know when it has been issued and when you should expect to receive it.
My Order Wasn't Delivered!
If you are looking for a refund for an order that has not been received yet, please allow up to 20 days after you have ordered for the item to be delivered. The ETA of all of our items shows up at checkout as 10-20 days and some exceptions may take up to 20 days to arrive.
Be sure to check with neighbors, at your local post office or in your mailbox in case the package was delivered to a different area than expected.
If it has been more than 20 days since you ordered and you still have not received your package, please contact us at support@shopeliserose.com and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items on sale, gift cards or damaged clothing or accessories.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
