SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING, DELIVERY TIMES & SHIPPING COST

  • Orders placed on Monday - Thursday are processed within 2-3 days. (Please allow 3 days if your order was placed on Friday - Sunday). All orders are professionally packaged, prepared, and dispatched within 2-3 days. The typical delivery time frame- after processing time- to most countries is anywhere from 10-20 business days. Please view our Q&A page for the full list of international countries we ship to!
  • For the USA, shipping is free when over $65 is spent; otherwise, shipping is $3.75. For other countries, shipping is free over $85; otherwise shipping is $3.75.

SHIPPING (ESTIMATED TIMES PER COUNTRY/COURIER LINKS)

  • Please note that items within the store are located at our different warehouses across the world based on inventory.  If you ordered more than one item, they will likely arrive in distinct packages within a few days of one another.
  • Australia, Europe & United States: 10-20 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10-25 business days
USA IMPORT FEE DISCLAIMER

If you live in the USA, you will not be charged an import fee outside of checkout! Because our items ship from East Asian locations, including China, most packages should not be charged any more than the tariff percentage (included at checkout) at the time of delivery. However, if you are charged extra by your delivery company to collect the package, please contact us immediately with proof of charge!

If you are charged more than the order amount to collect the order, please do not collect the item and instead reach out to us for further assistance.
We cannot refund additional fees charged by the shipping service. However, we can issue a refund for your order if proof of the additional fee is provided!

TRACKING A SHIPMENT

Immediately after a purchase is made, a confirmation email or SMS will be sent to the email or phone number associated with the order. This invoice will include your order number, name and quantity of item(s), and the total price of the order.

If you do not receive a confirmation notice within a few minutes of purchasing, please contact us and we will resend the notification!

After the order is processed within 1-3 days, you will receive an email or SMS shipping update with one or more tracking numbers included. The typical delivery time to most countries is anywhere from 10-20 business days.

We have recently had some technical issues with tracking numbers updating automatically.
If you haven't received a tracking number after the 3-day processing period, please reach out to us via chat box or contact form (linked). You may also email us at support@shopeliserose.com. Please expect to hear back within 1-3 business days!

SHIPPING COURIERS

We currently use a delivery service called Cainiao for the first portion of shipment. Once the packages reach the destination state in the USA, they are then transferred to a local delivery service and will be trackable with USPS.

If you still do not receive your items after this date, please don't hesitate to reach out via chat box or contact form (linked). You may also email us at support@shopeliserose.com. 

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours after purchase. After this timeframe, address changes and cancellations may not be available due to our quick turn around time. Please email us at support@shopeliserose.com and provide your order number, first and last name on the order, or email you provided us when you purchased.
    • Orders that have already been shipped (you will know once you have received a "shipping update" email with a tracking number) cannot be cancelled or edited- This is because it is already out of our hands and with a shipping carrier.
    • If your order fails to deliver or is delivered to the wrong address due to providing incorrect information we are not liable for reshipment or refund. (If it has been 30 days since it was returned to us you will have to place an additional order. We will allow free shipping at this point and send your original order as well.)     FREIGHT FORWARDING

    We understand that it can be disappointing if an item cannot be shipped to your location! While we are actively looking into shipping carriers for more countries, you do have the option to purchase using a freight forwarder's address if your location is not supported.
